RETURNS

Pax & Parker accepts returns within 14 days for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

To request a return, please send an email to hello@paxandparker.com with the subject: Online Return. In the email, please list the items that are being returned. 

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Sale Items may not be returned.

 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

If your package arrives at Pax & Parker within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed on the original form of payment within 5 business days.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction was placed.  Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Pax & Parker.

 

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

We purchase in small, limited runs, and sometimes, your desired item may be out of stock by the time we receive your exchange package.  In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges.  You will get the right size or color if you simply place a second order.  Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped directly out of our store located in Fort Worth, TX. We currently offer shipping to the United States only. In store pickup is also available if you live in the area!

Standard Ground Shipping is FREE for orders over $150. For under $150, a flat rate of $10 is applied to the order.

Please allow 2-7 business days for processing and delivery.
