Pax & Parker's Winston Parker Ley and Alari Ann Paxson

Winston Parker Ley | Owner/Menswear Buyer

Winston holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from University of the Incarnate Word and a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Christian University. Before he became a Horned Frog and a Neeley MBA, he worked as an Assistant Buyer for the renowned South Texas retailer, Julian Gold. It was in the buying offices that Winston met his future business partner and fell in love with luxury retailing. When he’s not at the store, Winston enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his fur baby, FitzGerald the Goldendoodle.

Alari Paxson | Owner/Womenswear Buyer

After earning her B.S. Fashion Merchandising degree from Texas Christian University, Alari went on to work in the buying office of the San Antonio based luxury retailer Julian Gold. Working closely with several different apparel categories, she gained extensive knowledge on how to manage and procure merchandise on a multi-store scale. Alari’s four years at Julian Gold solidified her passion for the fashion and apparel industry, but she was longing to move back to Fort Worth. After brainstorming with Winston, she relocated to Fort Worth and began co-creating Pax & Parker in 2014. In her free time, Alari loves to spend time with family & friends. She is a die-hard Spurs fan and loves college football – Go Frogs!
